Abisha Balachandran
Prior to joining Novacap, Abisha was part of the Private Capital group at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), where she focused on investments in the industrials and services sectors across North America. Most recently, she completed a secondment as Chief of Staff to the CFO of PODS, one of OTPP’s largest portfolio companies.
She began her career in investment banking at Raymond James, where she worked on a range of M&A and financing transactions in the technology sector.
Abisha holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario, with a double major in Medical Sciences and Biology.
